Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for weekend shifts (36 hours per week, days). Graduate and experienced nurses receive sign-on bonuses of $5,000 and $10,000 respectively. Eligibility includes RN licensure in the state, BLS, and an accredited nursing program graduate.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or completed within 30 days of hire.
• Education: RN degree from accredited program (ADN/BSN/ Diploma).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with other departments and protect patient rights.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Mercy standards.
