This role offers a Graduate Nurse sign-on bonus of $5,000 and an Experienced Nurse sign-on bonus of $10,000, with opportunities to float to ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, Med-Surg units, and Acute Rehab.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Must hold a current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (AHA) or complete within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in accordance with the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and maintain patients' rights and confidentiality.
• Float Pool duties across units including ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units and Acute Rehab.
