Mercy is seeking a Float Pool RN for weekend options at Mercy Hospital Jefferson, Festus, MO. The role involves floating to multiple units (ED, ICU, PCU, Med-Surg) and delivering high-quality patient care with strong teamwork.

Graduate nurses are welcomed with sign-on bonuses, and experienced nurses may also receive a sign-on bonus. This position offers opportunities for growth and learning in a dynamic healthcare setting within Mercy Health System.

Formación

• Graduated from a school of nursing with appropriate credential(s).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care within the Float Pool as assigned across units (ED, ICU, PCU, Med-Surg).
• Communicate and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Demonstrate flexibility, professionalism, and adherence to Mercy Service Standards.
