Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for weekend shifts (36 hours per week, days). The role involves providing nursing care across multiple units including ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units, and Acute Rehab.

Eligible candidates have graduated from a nursing program and hold an RN license (or compact licensure) in the hiring state. BLS certification is required or obtained within 30 days of hire. Mercy offers comprehensive benefits for eligible staff.

Qualificações

• Education: Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure where duties are performed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patient care across ED, ICU, TCU, PCU, all Med-Surg units and Acute Rehab.
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments and uphold Mercy Service Standards.
