Job summary

Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO is seeking a Float Pool RN for weekend options. The role offers 36 hours per week, day shifts, and a prospect to float among ED, ICU, PCU, and Med-Surg units based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a school of nursing and eligible for RN licensure.
• Current RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Adhere to Mercy Service Standards and nursing practice guidelines.
