You will gain broad clinical exposure, work with interdisciplinary teams, and receive a 10% float differential recognizing versatility and adaptability.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in practice state.
• Compact licenses must transfer within 60 days of start date.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience.
• Willingness to float across units.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.
• BSN within four years for RNs with <12 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Adapt to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and families to promote recovery and safe transitions of care.
• Uphold professional, ethical, and organizational nursing standards.
