Mercy South Float Pool is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to provide care across multiple units in St. Louis, MO.

You will float to Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, ED and more, delivering patient-centered care and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams. We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay with tiered differentials, flexible options, and day-one benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, PTO, tuition assistance, and retirement plans.

Formación

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience required.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing/walking.

Responsabilidades

• Float across units including Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, and more.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality and follow Mercy policies.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and continuous learning.
