Mercy South Float Pool in St. Louis, MO is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units.

This full-time role offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus and tiered shift differentials to reward experience in Med/Surg, Stepdown, ICU, and other units. Expect flexible shifts and opportunities for growth within Mercy's Nursing Professional Practice Model, with a focus on high-quality patient care and collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years bedside RN experience.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state.
• BLS certification required.
• Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 pounds and prolonged standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units on the Mercy South Float Pool.
• Coordinate care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Demonstrate flexibility and learning through varied unit assignments.
