Mercy South Float Pool in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality bedside care across multiple units. Join a dynamic team with opportunities to rotate through Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, ICU, Emergency Department, and more, while building a broad skill set.

We offer a $20,000 sign-on bonus, tiered pay differentials, and several upfront or phased payment options to fit your needs. Experience 1–2 years in bedside nursing and an active RN license are required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience
• Nursing degree from an accredited school (BSN preferred)
• Current RN license in the state

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care across multiple units with flexibility to rotate to Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED and more
• Coordinate patients' care in conjunction with other departments
• Maintain patients' rights and confidentiality of patient information
• Act within the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and nursing process
