Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and document findings with clinical judgment.
• Administer medications and provide hands-on nursing care.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for timely decisions.
• Educate patients and families to ensure understanding of care.
• Document accurately in the electronic medical record (EPIC).
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds and care transitions.
