Float Pool covers six (6) different areas, census varies from 11 to 28 patients and provides direct care to primarily medical surgical patients which include specialties like orthopedic / neurosurgery, oncology, stroke and cardiac and other conditions requiring telemetry. Maybe assigned in the Emergency Department for Med/Surg Holds and ICU for Stepdown and Telemetry Downgrades "
Requires a minimum of 2 years of acute care or Med/surg / Telemetry unit experience with strong collaboration and communication skills

To be considered for this RN opportunity, you must hold an active New Jersey Registered Nurse license in good standing and a current American Heart Association BLS certification. A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is strongly preferred, as is prior patient care experience and comfort with electronic medical record systems (EMR) like EPIC.
