Centerpoint - Winchester is seeking a Float Pool RN to join our team for night shifts (7p-7a) with rotating weekends. This role supports multiple hospital areas, providing essential nursing care while adapting to unit needs.

Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing, required
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
- Current KY RN license
- 2 years of critical care experience
- Certifications: BCLS; ACLS & PALS per unit specific requirements
Responsabilités
- Performs plan of care, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments and other medical care tasks.
- Monitors and communicates patient condition to care team, physician, patient and family.
- Assists patients with activities of daily living and mobility.
- Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate patient care, including transfers and discharges.
- Advocates for patients' physical and emotional well-being.
- Provides direction, training, and mentoring to staff and participates in evaluations.
- Performs staff responsibilities to meet service levels.
