Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive nursing assessment/reassessment across med/surg units.
• Coordinates and documents a plan of care with interdisciplinary team.
• Administers medications and monitors patient status per policy.
• Communicates changes via proven handoff methods and SBAR.
