Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient care across multiple units in the St. Louis area. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of bedside RN experience, hold a nursing degree, and possess a Missouri RN license with BLS certification.

Full-time roles include a $20,000 sign-on bonus and tiered shift differentials. Float to Orthopedics, Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, ICU, ED, Behavioral Health, Oncology, Neurology and more.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bedside RN experience.
• BLS through the American Heart Association.
• Nursing degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in the state.
• Prolonged standing and ability to lift and move patients.
