Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care with patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and maintain accurate EHR documentation.
• May administer medications and therapies per protocols; delegate appropriately.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
