Job summary

ChristianaCare's Union Hospital Float Pool is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse II to support multiple units during the Cecil Campus Float Pool schedule. This role offers evening/overnight shifts with weekend and holiday rotations, delivering compassionate patient care while expanding skills across departments.

BSN is required or a plan to obtain within three years, plus two years of recent Medical/Surgical hospital experience and BLS.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Two years recent Medical/Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting.
• BLS required.

Responsibilities

• Work in various units as part of the Float Pool.
• Provide patient-centered care and advocacy across units.
• Document and communicate patient status and needs as part of the care team.
