Job summary

ChristianaCare's Cecil Campus is seeking a Registered Nurse II to join the Float Pool (part-time, 48 hours bi-weekly) on a 7:00 pm–7:30 am shift, across multiple units to build versatility and patient care skills.

BSN required or commitment within three years; two years of recent Medical/Surgical nursing in a hospital; BLS required. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, retirement plans, PTO, tuition assistance, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• BSN required or commitment to obtaining BSN within three years of date of hire can be considered with relevant experience.
• Qualified applicants required have two years recent Medical/Surgical nursing acute experience in a hospital setting
• BLS required

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across multiple units in the Float Pool.
• Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions across units.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient care during float assignments
