Mercy is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the St. Louis Float Pool. Full-time and part-time shifts are available across multiple units, offering broad clinical exposure and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (6 months within the past year).
• Nursing degree from an accredited program (BSN preferred).
• Current RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in assigned units using the nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure continuity and safety.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality in accordance with Mercy policies.
