Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking an RN for a Float Pool (PRN) role at the St. Francis Downtown site. The nurse will float to departments across markets as needed, delivering patient care with flexibility and clinical excellence.

The position requires an RN license, 1 year of acute care experience, and BLS; ACLS/PALS as applicable. EPIC EHR proficiency and a collaborative, patient-centered approach are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience as an Registered Nurse in acute care.
• Current nursing license in the designated state of employment.
• BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS as needed by specialty.
• EPIC EHR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float within a single site or across multiple sites as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Plan, coordinate and document nursing care using best available evidence.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and the care team.
