Job summary

Holy Name Medical Center in Teaneck, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Float Pool in the day shift. You will provide direct patient care across inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas, adapting to fluctuating acuity and staffing needs.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, NJ RN license, BLS, and a minimum of two years' clinical experience. BSN preferred; we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for continuing education.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• State RN license in NJ required upon hire.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) required upon hire.
• Minimum of two years of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers direct patient care in inpatient, outpatient, and procedural areas.
• Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the patient plan of care.
• Supervises and delegates to ancillary staff as appropriate (LPNs, PCAs, techs).
• Participates in unit and organization-wide quality/performance improvement activities.
