Job summary

INTEGRIS Health is looking for a Full-Time RN to join the Jim Thorpe Rehab team in Oklahoma City. This role involves working in a float pool to provide exceptional patient care, implementing care plans, and mentoring staff. Candidates need a current RN license in Oklahoma (or eNLC), two years of patient-care experience, BLS, and ACLS certifications. Qualifications

• Must have a current RN licensure in Oklahoma or eNLC multistate license.
• Minimum of two years equivalent RN patient-care experience.
• Must attain BLS upon hire and ACLS within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and re-assessments.
• Develop patient care plans.
• Implement and evaluate patient care interventions.
• Coordinate care with licensed and non-licensed personnel.
