Banner Boswell Medical Center in Sun City, AZ seeks a Float Pool Registered Nurse to support multiple units, including Med/Surg and Progressive Care, with a Day shift.

You will participate in ongoing learning, adapt to unit needs, and contribute to high-quality patient care while working within a collaborative team environment. This full-time role includes differential pay and incentives as noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice (Arizona preferred).
• Experience in acute care or med/surg settings is desirable.
• Ability to coordinate care across multiple units.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care with the team.
• Implement and evaluate the nursing plan and document care.
• Coordinate with physicians and care staff for safe discharge.
• Provide patient and family education as part of care.
