Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Clinical experience in the assigned area is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural and discharge planning needs.
• Formulates and revises a plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Implements the plan of care and coordinates care with other licensed staff and personnel.
• Evaluates patient progress and adapts care as needed; documents findings clearly.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in unit leadership and mentoring.
