Intermountain Health is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for the St. Vincent Hospital Resource Pool in Billings, MT. The RN will float across inpatient units to ensure safe staffing and provide high-quality care in a dynamic hospital environment.

The role offers a 10% float differential, with coverage across days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Starting in Medical-Surgical, opportunities for cross-training into specialty units exist, with emphasis on professional growth and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred within 60 days of start date.
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience.
• Willingness to float across multiple units at St. Vincent Hospital.
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers required.
• RNs must obtain BSN within four years if under 12 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care across inpatient units.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans.
• Adapt to different units, patient populations, and acuity levels.
• Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
