Northern Nevada Medical Center is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide compassionate direct and indirect patient care across multiple units. You will communicate patient condition changes to physicians and the care team, perform head-to-toe assessments, and float to all units as needed.

The role requires current NV nursing license, BLS and ACLS certification, and a minimum of two years of acute care experience.

Formación

• Current NV nursing license required.
• BLS and ACLS certificates current.
• At least two years of acute care experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct and indirect patient care across units with supervision.
• Communicate patient condition changes to physicians and care team.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and reassessments per policy for diverse patient populations.
• Utilize triage processes to ensure timely and appropriate care.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond per ACLS protocols.
