Northern Nevada Medical Center in Sparks, NV is seeking a Float Pool Registered Nurse to provide direct and indirect patient care across units. You will communicate with physicians about changes in patient condition and respond quickly to status changes with appropriate supervision.

Requirements include NV RN license, BLS and ACLS, PALS within six months, and at least two years of critical care in ED/ICU/PACU. The position offers growth opportunities within a large hospital system.

Formación

• Current NV nursing license.
• BLS & ACLS certificates.
• PALS certificate within six months of employment.
• At least two years of critical care experience in ED/ICU/PACU.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care and monitor outcomes across units.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments across patient populations.
• Use triage processes to ensure timely and appropriate care and accurately assign triage categories.
• Identify dysrhythmias and respond per ACLS protocols.
