Job summary

Mercy Health in Toledo is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Clinical Float Pool. The role covers floating to various departments and sites, ensuring patient care follows standards and supports staffing needs. Flexible start times and a 24-hour weekly schedule apply.

Responsibilities include nursing assessment, care planning, and documentation under the supervision of a clinical manager. Requires an Ohio RN license, BLS, and 1 year of acute care experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Ohio or designated state
• 1 year of acute care RN experience
• BLS required; ACLS/PALS per specialty

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments/sites as needed
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Coordinate nursing care and document appropriately
• Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
