Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks an RN to join the West Hospital Float Pool. The role involves floating to various departments and sites to deliver patient care, depending on staffing and patient needs.

You will collaborate with unit leaders to maintain care standards and safety while supporting scheduling and coverage across markets. The position requires an RN license in Ohio, BLS, and at least 1 year of acute care experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• The position requires an RN license in the designated state and BLS certification.
• 1 year of acute care RN experience is required.
• Epic EHR experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Float to multiple departments and sites to provide patient care as needed.
• Support staffing and scheduling within the market and during seasonal patterns.
• Collaborate with clinical managers to ensure care standards and safety.
