Mercy Health in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an RN for the Site Float Pool – Med Surg / Orthopedic at West Hospital. This role involves float duties across departments and sites within the market, with 24 scheduled hours per week and day/evening shifts.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, collaborate with the health care team and clinical manager, and document care using EPIC. A current RN license in Ohio, BLS, ACLS and/or PALS as required, and at least 1 year of acute care

Formación

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• BSN is preferred.
• Active nursing license in the state of employment.
• 1 year of acute care nursing experience.
• ACLS and PALS per assignment.
• BLS required.

Responsabilidades

• Float to multiple departments and sites as needed.
• Schedule staffing and assignments within a shift.
• Provide patient care following established standards.
• Collaborate with clinical manager and care team.
• Document care and maintain patient safety.
