Qualifications

• NA-C certification required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of CNA training program or equivalent nursing training.
• 1+ year hospital CNA experience preferred.
• MA-R licensure required or sponsorship on hire.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and observation in multiple units (Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Telemetry, Critical Care).
• Engage with patients to ensure excellent care and experience.
• Demonstrate professionalism, positive attitude, and communication skills.
• Support care teams across departments and participate in ongoing training and development.
