Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics in Bellevue, WA is hiring Patient Care Technicians for the Float Pool. This 0.9 FTE night shift position (72 hours per two weeks) offers care and observation across units including Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Telemetry, and Critical Care.

The role requires NA-C certification and MA-R licensure (Overlake will sponsor). Hospital experience and CPR certification are preferred; strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• NA-C certification required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent nursing training experience.
• 1+ year hospital CNA experience strongly preferred.
• MA-R licensure required; Overlake Hospital sponsors licensure on hire.
• CPR certification for Health Care Provider.
• One-year recent health care setting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and basic computer use preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care and observation in the Float Pool across units (Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Telemetry, Critical Care).
• Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver excellent patient care and experience.
