Foundation Medical Partners is the second-largest multi-specialty group in New Hampshire, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, and serves Nashua’s community with dedicated float pool staff covering multiple family practices.

The Medical Assistant role supports patient care in person, by phone, and through telehealth, under provider supervision and practice management, ensuring professional standards and regulatory compliance while contributing to coordinated care.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent; completion of a medical assisting program and clinical externship required.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; certification or registration by AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT required.
• Minimum of 2 years as a clinical medical assistant (3 years preferred).
• Knowledge of medical terminology and office workflow.
• Strong interpersonal communication, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to adapt to change and work as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy; Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support patient care across in-person, phone, and telehealth settings under provider supervision, including patient assessment and care coordination.
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and point-of-care testing while collecting patient history and communicating findings to providers.
• Maintain accurate medical record documentation, assist with pre-visit planning, preventive care outreach, and related administrative functions.
• Mentor and train staff, uphold safety and compliance standards, and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
