Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners, affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center, seeks a Registered Nurse for its clinical float pool across multiple Nashua-area family practices. The role involves providing interim, high-quality nursing care under supervision of Providers and the Director of Nursing.

Floats to multiple practice sites fill staffing gaps on a short-term basis. Candidates should hold NH (or applicable state) nursing licensure, be comfortable with ambulatory care settings, and

Qualifications

• Ambulatory care nursing certification (RN-BC) or relevant clinical specialty.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current BLS/CPR training.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional nursing care across multiple practice sites on an interim basis.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to design and implement care plans.
• Administers medications, treatments, vaccines, and point-of-care testing within scope.
• Educates patients on self-management, medications, nutrition, health and wellness.
• Documents the nursing process accurately in the medical record.
