Southern New Hampshire Health is seeking a Float Pool Medical Assistant to provide clinical support across multiple Foundation Medical Partners practices in Southern New Hampshire. Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program or a minimum of three years of Medical Assistant experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Medical Assistant certification through AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical histories, and visit information.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Administer medications, immunizations, and perform point-of-care testing within scope of practice.
• Collect, prepare, and process laboratory specimens.
• Document patient care activities accurately within the electronic medical record.
• Coordinate referrals, preventive screenings, and other patient follow-up activities.
