Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners in Nashua, NH is hiring a Medical Assistant for the outpatient float pool. The role supports patient care in person, by phone, and via telehealth, under supervision of providers and practice managers.

The position requires completion of a medical assisting program, current BLS/CPR, and certification/registration by AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT. Two years of MA experience is preferred; Epic EMR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Completion of a medical assisting program with clinical externship.
• Current BLS/CPR certification; state registration or certification required.
• Minimum 2 years MA experience; Epic EMR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support patient care across in-person, phone, and telehealth settings under supervision.
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and point-of-care testing.
• Maintain accurate medical records, assist with pre-visit planning and outreach.
• Mentor staff and uphold safety and compliance standards.
