Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners–Affiliated with Southern New Hampshire Medical Center–seeks a Medical Assistant for its enhanced float pool across multiple Nashua-area sites. You will support patient care in-person, by phone, and via telehealth, ensuring adherence to professional standards.

Responsibilities include administering medications and immunizations, coordinating care, maintaining records, and mentoring staff. Must have MA program completion, and CPR/BLS with active certifications.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a medical assisting program and clinical externship is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative support in person, by phone, and via telehealth under supervision.
• Administer medications, treatments, immunizations, and point-of-care testing with patient history documentation.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with pre-visit planning and outreach.
• Mentor and train staff while upholding safety and compliance standards.
