Job summary

Genesis seeks Float Pool LPNs for full-time, 8-week rotation assignments across three North Carolina centers: Siler City, High Point, and Lexington. The role requires a valid LPN license, current BLS/CPR, and experience in long-term care is preferred.

You will evaluate patients, contribute to care planning, administer medications, and supervise unlicensed staff. Benefits include multiple plans, EAP, and 401K options.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Maintain BLS/CPR certification as required by practice setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to collect data and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
