Job summary

Genesiscareers is seeking Float Pool LPNs for full-time, 8-week rotations across North Carolina centers including Meridian Center in High Point, Abbott's Creek in Lexington, and Siler City Center.

Under RN direction, the LPN will provide efficient nursing care, evaluate patients, administer medications, contribute to care planning, and supervise unlicensed staff. Competitive benefits and pay program apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensure.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state practice.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition and report changes.
• Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
