Genesiscareers in North Carolina is seeking Float Pool RN candidates for full-time positions with eight-week rotations across three centers: Siler City, Meridian Center in High Point, and Abbotts Creek Center in Lexington. Long-term care experience is strongly preferred.

The role emphasizes comprehensive patient care, collaboration with the care team, and delivering high-quality service in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Establish realistic, measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks are carried out.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
