Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking Regional Float LPNs to provide nursing care across North Carolina centers with 8-week rotations. You will deliver direct patient care, participate in assessments, and supervise unlicensed staff while rotating through Meridian Center (High Point), Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington), and Siler City Center (Siler City).

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved LPN program, hold a current state license, and demonstrate English proficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care and contribute to nursing assessments and care planning.
• Provide direct patient care and supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
