Job summary
Genesis Healthcare is seeking Regional Float LPNs for full-time, 8-week rotations at Meridian Center (High Point, NC), Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington, NC), and Siler City Center (Siler City, NC). Benefits include health coverage, sign-on bonuses, and our pay-in-lieu program.
You will work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care across centers. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, direct patient care, and supervising unlicensed staff to ensure optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
- Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state facilities.
Responsibilities
- Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with positive clinical outcomes.
- Assist with nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care.
- Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
