Job summary

Genesiscareers in North Carolina seeks Float Pool LPNs for full-time 8-week rotations at three centers: Siler City, Meridian (High Point), and Abbotts Creek (Lexington). You will provide nursing care under an RN, evaluate residents, assist with care plans, and administer medications.

Applicants must graduate from an approved practical nursing program and hold or be eligible for state licensure; BLS/CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
• Must be currently licensed or eligible for licensure in NC.
• Must maintain BLS/CPR certification if required by state.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, deliver nursing care and achieve positive outcomes.
• Evaluate residents to collect data and report changes.
• Contribute to assessments and care planning.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Supervise care provided by unlicensed staff.
