Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking Regional Float LPNs for full-time, 8-week rotations at Meridian Center (High Point, NC), Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington, NC), and Siler City Center (Siler City, NC). Benefits include health coverage, sign-on bonuses, and our pay-in-lieu program.

You will work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality care across centers. Responsibilities include nursing assessments, care planning, direct patient care, and supervising unlicensed staff to ensure optimal outcomes

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety.
• Maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state facilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver efficient and effective nursing care with positive clinical outcomes.
• Assist with nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care.
• Supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).
