Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Regional Float LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care across care settings. You will perform nursing assessments, participate in care planning, provide direct patient care, and oversee care provided by unlicensed staff.

The role requires licensure as an LPN, BLS/CPR certification, and preference for experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. Excellent communication in English is essential for patient safety and collaboration with teams.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).
