Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Regional Float RN to deliver high-quality nursing care across multiple North Carolina centers. The role involves rotating through Meridian Center (High Point), Abbotts Creek Center (Lexington), and Siler City Center (Siler City) on an eight-week cycle, with duties spanning assessment, coordination with the care team, and care planning.

You will participate in a collaborative environment, maintain current nursing licensure and BLS/CPR, and benefit from a comprehensive package

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to ensure patient safety and care.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification as required by state and facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and effective nursing care with positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.
• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the care team to develop plans of care.

Float Pool RNs will work a variety of shifts, full-time, during 8 week rotations at the following

Responsibilities

As a Regional Float RN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also manage patient care by performing nursing assessments and collaborating with the nursing team and other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).

Posted Salary Range USD $45.00 - USD $50.00 /Hr.
