Job summary

Genesis Healthcare is seeking a Regional Float LPN to deliver high-quality nursing care, contribute to assessments and care planning, and supervise unlicensed staff. The role focuses on achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction in a regional float capacity.

The position requires an active LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and experience in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing. Excellent English communication is essential for patient safety and care coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English to ensure safety and wellbeing of patients at the work site.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification.

Earn up to $51/hr plus more with incentive

Responsibilities

As a Regional Float LPN, you will deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction. You will also contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, provide direct patient care, and supervise patient care provided by unlicensed staff.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing is required.
• Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• Experience is preferred in rehabilitative or geriatric nursing.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the spoken English language to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and visitors at the work site when responding to their medical and physical needs.
• Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs and Behavioral Centers; ALFs/ILFs as required by State).
