Overlake Hospital Medical Center is seeking Patient Care Technicians for the Float Pool. This 0.6 FTE, 12-hour night shift involves caring for patients across medical, surgical, orthopedics, telemetry and critical care units.

NA-C and MA-R certifications required, with sponsorship for MA-R upon hire. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication, critical thinking, and customer service skills, plus hospital CNA experience and CPR certification.

Formación

• Nursing Assistant Certification (NA-C) required.
• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent nursing training.
• 1+ year hospital CNA experience strongly preferred.
• Medical Assistant Registered (MA-R) required; sponsorship available on hire.
• Health Care Provider CPR Certification.
• One-year recent healthcare setting experience with patient contact preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology; computer familiarity preferred.
• Excellent customer service and written/oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide care and observation for a diverse patient population across units including Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Telemetry and Critical Care.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to deliver excellent patient care and service.
