Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our Montclair, NJ team, covering Essex County. The role requires venipuncture and capillary blood collection for all age groups, data entry, and patient service across multiple sites.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and 1 year of phlebotomy experience; a phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency is preferred. The position offers comprehensive benefits and additional hourly incentive.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training required.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Perform data entry of patient information in a timely manner.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service and travel to additional sites when needed.
