Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our team in Freehold, NJ, covering Monmouth/Mercer County. The role involves venipuncture across ages, specimen handling, data entry, and occasional travel to multiple sites.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year or more experience as a phlebotomist.
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all ages.
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
• Enter patient information accurately and timely.
• Process billing information and collect payments as necessary.
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs.
• Provide superior customer service to all patients.
• Travel to additional sites when needed.
