PAM Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories LLC in Kennewick, WA is seeking a Float Phlebotomist to join our Labcorp-based team. The role requires a valid Washington State Phlebotomy license and customer-focused blood collection across patient ages, with travel to additional sites as needed.

Pay ranges $19.75-$27.69 per hour with quarterly incentive bonus program; benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO and more. Mon-Fri 7:30am-7:30pm, overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State phlebotomy license is required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
• Collect specimens for tests and ensure proper labeling and handling.
• Data entry of patient information accurately and timely.
• Travel to additional sites as needed.
